“Industry competence creates head start”
“Machine-specific pneumatics solutions ensure more efficiency in food production. Dealing with food products, one of the most delicate product groups regarding hygiene, process security, and efficiency, makes special demands on us as automation specialists.
Intelligent production lines consist of multiple modules that can be combined differently, as needed. We, as system integrators, must be highly flexible in order to provide customized, best-in-class solutions. We recognized this market trend early on and are one of few providers worldwide who has extensive expertise in developing and manufacturing customer-specific solutions.
Our industry competence gives us a head start. We develop products with specific and high-performance design: Our valve terminal system CL03 is the first in its class to meet the requirements of the IP69K protection class. We pass this head start along to our customers, who can install the valve wherever it is needed – for more flexibility and simplified machine design.
Products that have proven themselves in practice are developed for series production. For example, we offer a SCU stretching cylinder unit for blow molding machines exactly matching the individual machine type. We combine a stretching cylinder and a high-performance valve in one Plug-and-Run module – for easy installation and optimized maintenance. Our customers profit directly from our industry competence, also in aftersales service.”
